She was a little "tiddlywinked" after a long haul flight from Europe.

LOL - She held up pretty well considering the jet lag and the medication which I assume was to calm her anxieties about being on the plane. lol

After watching today's episode, I felt she held up pretty well. When Whoopi finds something funny normally, she tends to laugh quite a bit the way she did today. It was really only the auto-cue reading that was out of the ordinary for her and perhaps controlling her co-hosts a little less than normal. It was still great to watch though.

Looks like American President Obama will be appearing on The View I believe on this Friday's local airing.

Obama's just a PR machine, he hasn't really done anything to the US. He's the KRudd of US government, lucky they can't bring him down just like what happened to Rudd, Americans need to wait for the next election unfortunately.

Have replied to this in the US politics thread.

Yup!
Not sure on the "window" screen behind them though. When they had text on it before the window frames were covering letters could end up being a bit annoying.

Quite nice. The building background, is that one giant screen? I think the colouring needs to be alittle more dynamic, and the metal framings remind me of chat shows during the 90s, but overall, quite nice.

Yeah I think at least the big middle section of the backdrop is a big screen.

I think it might be the whole thing actually, because when they went to a complete building backdrop, there was no colour variation between the screen and the cardboard cut outs.

Actually that looks pretty neat. Very balanced colours that contrast well with what the hosts are wearing.

Looking at it now your right because the clouds are moving on the whole thing.
