I think you can send your questions in beforehand.

They've really done a good job of putting Kevin Rudd out in the middle on the podium - no pressure silly.gif

That was really good..good questions and I think Kevin Rudd did a reasonably good job answering. I like the video at the end too!

Great stuff - good for furthering democracy. But as long as it's not always a talkfest - Rudd had a good opportunity to put out his vision and policies, but I don't think he'll come away from it a changed person.

Looks good, better than difference of opinion. I quite like the deep red/silver combo, that look could be adopted by ABC News. smile.gif

Bit patchy production-wise, strange camera angles, although I would probably put that down to the fact it's their first show and normally there'd be a full panel.

I was filming music all night. I hope my friend taped it for me. I really want to see it.

You can watch it now on it's website here - http://www.abc.net.a...p...522&story=1

Here's the ratings of Difference of Opinion for August 2 last year:

DIFFERENCE OF OPINION ABC 410,000 139,000 113,000 63,000 38,000 57,000
vs.
Q AND A-LE ABC 509,000 206,000 132,000 65,000 49,000 57,000

Catergorically beat it, more so in larger centres, most strikingly in Sydney.
But as it was a premiere with the PM I don't know whether it'll decrease a bit in the coming weeks.

It is new, and it is live. It has different people - yes, Tanya and Tony have been kept, but the others are gone and Bob Brown has been added.

No wonder I keep missing this. I want to see if it's worth it's salt. I only saw it advertised once and now missed it apparently twice in a row. Only reason I know it aired is thanks to blogs. I'm going to try and remember to check this show out.

Great episode. Top-notch and interesting all the way through. One of the best shows on television. They have a re-vamped website - http://www.abc.net.au/tv/qanda/
Cant wait to see the Rudd episode I missed.

Stephen Mayne has the worst TV persona - seems like an absolute nerd!
