Today's Diary reports that Adrian Brown is moving to Hong Kong, and will file stories for both Seven and SBS on a freelance basis.

That's quite a blow for 7 News in Sydney. With Chris Reason in the US, they are very light on for experienced reporters to cover local stories.

Adrian's in Bali for Seven News at the moment... So I'm sure they anticipated it.

I wish they would have Jennifer and Peter present together tonight!

The thing I was talking about the other night was the weather preview. Jennifer turned from sport with Tim to Rob Gell on the other side. First time I've seen someone sitting on that side of the set. Saturday night it was messy, but sunday night very well done! Went to the add with the 3 sitting and chatting.

Did anyone else see Sam say a stack of stuff in one breath (speeding everything up to fit it all in). before going to an ad break? Then when they have the wide shot of her you saw her do a gigantic exhale and laugh.

Very bad stumble from Chris Bath tonight.... she f**ked up during an RVO about petrol prices, never recovered and ended the read with "the average price of petrol in Sydney tonight is 135 dollars per litre". I don't think she realised what she said...it sounded pretty bad. no.gif

Yes, I'm sure there'll be mass panic in the streets tonight - everyone confused with a huge increase in the price of petrol.

one more idiotic post such as "xxxxx smiled tonight" or "xxxxx frowned tonight on a live cross" etc will see the user put on mod queue for stupidity and trolling.

Maybe she's on holidays before taking over from Chris Bath over summer...

I'm guessing Rebecca Maddern will be presenting Seven News Melbourne tonight as Peter Mitchell and Jennifer Keyte will be on straight after for the Myer Christmas Parade 2008... I've never seen them together before!

Maybe but I originally thought that it was pre-recorded

It was the same as last year. No reason why it would be any different.
