They did that to because they wanted to show the interview with the plane crew who saved everyone from the Hudson river plane. Women's murder club is back at 10:30 pm this upcoming Friday, for it's final episode.

People still interested in that? Stupid move IMO.

When Womens murder club finishes ten should consider putting In Plain Sight somewhere. It was doing pretty respectable figures for 10 after NCIS during summer so it could do well on friday night 9:30 or 10:30.

I find it quite interesting that Ten are showing the movie "Flying High" tonight after Rove, which the movie dates back to 1980! eyepopping.gif
That movie used to be aired on Seven many many years ago.

Yes it is very strange isn't it, as Ten is the only network to never show any older movies, let alone tv shows. About time they started!

THere is a whole slew of great Paramount films that they can show (esp if Seven's rights have lapsed) I for one wouldn't mind the old 80s Star Trek films (not no #1 though)

Ten are now showing a NAB Cup game Thursday next week (Feb 26), Collingwood v Richmond.

This will air at 8.30pm in Melbourne (30 minute delay). I assume Adelaide and Perth will have live coverage of the game, with late night replays in Sydney and Brisbane.

Not sure what this means for SVU and Life on Mars. Either Ten will slot in repeats in Syd/Bris, movies, or the states will be out of sync.

Maybe by screening golf on ten (one four four zero) HD, all the youngsters will want to sit at home & drink beer .. watching golf .. instead of gameplay/ downloading or racing cars & binge drinking biggrin.gif

No more Newstopia

A SCHEDULING conflict has claimed Shaun Micallef's off-the-wall parody show Newstopia on SBS - cruelly, just as the show was poised for a plum slot in the schedule. SBS had planned to launch a new season of Newstopia in May straight after new episodes of Top Gear Australia. But a commitment to Micallef's new show on Ten, My Generation, has spoiled that plan.

I guess that confirms an 8:30pm Monday slot for My Generation.

Or that it wouldn't be a good idea atleast for Micallef, to have two of his shows go head to head against each other. Newstopia isn't live to air.

I doubt it means it will be mondays 8:30. Firstly because I doubt the show will be shown live anyway. I think its because he will be too busy. MyGen and probably GNW.

When The Biggest Loser and So You Think You Can Dance finish up, what supersized format does Ten have to fill its programming holes? Surely we won't be having Masterchef elimination/nomination type show Sundays and Mondays? crazy.gif
