Media Spy's new clothes

You'll probably have noticed that our new forum skin has made an appearance. Although you'll have adjusted to most of the new features in IPB3, we think this new look will round off the experience nicely for you. Most aspects of the skin have had a colour change, and we've rebuilt part of the topic view to make it a little easier on the eye and more efficient with space, amongst other changes.

The Spy Report headline will be making a return in short order, with a few added features. The new skin for TSR will follow in the next week, along with a revamped Media Archive.

It's been quite an undertaking not just on my part but also for jezza, bacco, and Lepatron who have all worked hard to put the new look together. Feedback from our team of moderators and Senior Members has also been invaluable, particularly in the last couple of days.

We'd also like to thank your for your patience over the last couple of days.

Ohh yehhh! Not to bad at all!! Great Work, simple, yet sophisticated. So this is the final layout?

I like the new final design. I assume you're gonna integrate the rest of the site (like the Spy Report) to the new theme :D

Yep. Although obviously we've had to shift things forward a bit which means we weren't able to launch everything at once. Last time we released a new look, the forums actually came later than the rest of the site.

bacco's been working hard to put the Wordpress theme together which should make its appearance in the not-too-distant future.

Appalling. I'm totally surprised by this theme, What. A. Total. Shocker.

What were you thinking??

Any chance of getting the displayed time back to normal? It's still running an hour ahead...

The orange and green are a nice combination, but for some reason the different elements aren't coming together. The text looks very harsh and jagged. Also, what's the difference between a coloured mediaspy logo and a coloured media spy logo with the circle in orange?

You'll need to go to "My Settings" (under your display name up the top) and ensure that the DST settings underneath the timezone settings are unchecked.

I'm hesitant to make changes because it's actually fine for me, and it seems to be for quite a few people.

So you'll probably need to manually change it yourself here.

Not a fan of the new design, sorry. The green is awful.

Actually we are going to leave bits and pieces around, things undone, things that don't work and most importantly things that people don't like just give members something to complain about. After all we are here to please all of you some of the time and tease some of you all of the time. :D
