Someone else from a different newspaper. Interesting. Looking like to be true then. We will see.

Don't trust newspaper journalists. Yesterday the Qld Courier Mail was reporting declining breakfast ratings, yet today it lists Today as a hit of 2011. (along with HHIS, The White Room and Australia Versus, all of which I'm sure were 2010 shows)

Nat Barr and Tony Squires were not a great hosting pairing on WS this morning. All a bit flat.

I noticed Weekend Sunrise played out to an ad break with the dirty version of Dedication to my Ex this morning. "I miss that pussy, that pussy, that pussy". I'm surprised they allowed that to get through.

I just loaded it up - seems up to date to me?

I just deleted it and then downloaded it again. Still stuck on November 3rd. I don't know how to fix this.

I have so many lines for that and none of them are appropriate... FFS I hate when that happens! :P

With Kochie in Rome, Mel, Nat and Berett's are all in the hosting position on the set. Trying out the 3 presenter format perhaps?
Also since, news and sport are being presented from these positions and not the normal sides, digital OTS graphics are being used. First time I have seen these.

the digital OTS are not great but they have done the three presenter thing before when they were in Hawaii and Kochie was in NZ for the mine disaster. Might be a trail though if there is something going on next year.

Why is Kochie in Rome?

Due to the debt crisis and his specialty in finance.

A little story about the Eurozone economies teetering on the edge. EU has bailed out Ireland / Portugal etc but Italy is too big. Can't be bailed out by others so kind of important they get their house in order immediately. Mr Finance reporting live from the thick of it i guess. Although ironically i did notice they had the vatican in the back ground this morning... Now there's a state that has managed it's finances alright for itself.

From the Sunrise Family Newsletter:
Tomorrow Mel has a one-on-one interview with Stevie Nicks. Mel says she is warm, engaging and full of interesting stories.
It's actually a big morning for Mel. As you know she loves her 80s music, and tomorrow she, Nat and Beretts are going to talk to Boy George in London. Culture Club is getting back together, and coming to Australia, and tomorrow you'll hear the band's big New Year's Eve announcement in another Sunrise exclusive.
Then on Wednesday, President Obama touches down in Australia for a whirlwind visit. He'll address Parliament on Thursday morning, so Mel will be in Canberra for special extended live coverage of his speech, as well as his visit to the War Memorial.

After 2 days with 3 co-hosts, I like it. It changes the show up a bit. There are more people on screen. In a world where I got my way would just make Nat and Beretts co-hosts with Mel. I am not so sure if 3 co-hosts would work with Kochie and without Mel (she seems to be the Sunrise glue).
