Both yesterday and today,B-Rock have played what they purport is the Oz top 20 most wanted rock songs. Most wanted?

10: Close To You - John Butler Trio
9: Plans - Birds Of Tokyo
8: Wild At Heart - Birds Of Tokyo

Now I've got nothing against songs 10 and 8,and am happy to accept Wild At Heart in this alleged most wanted list. But Plans? Most wanted? By who, exactly? The bloody thing's been flogged beyond death for well over a year now.
If I agreed with you we'd both be wrong

Some will disagree with me here but there is not enough quality commercial friendly new Aussie music out ATM, even harder would be to find new Aussie rock so I can understand plans being there (record companies need to invest in Aussie talent rather then flog the OS stuff.

Late one friday night I heard Electric Avenue about 10 times on 92.9, it would play through then they would start another song which would then fade out and it would start again

Trevor Chappel played Cat Steven's "Moonlight shadow" around 3:45 am this morning, and again at 5:10 am, both times in its entirety, I guess he really does like Cat Stevens. :(

One I heard today about 3 times. NX-FM playing ads for the Biggest Car Boot Sale at Ausgrid Stadium. Coming up on 27 November. I'll have to turn the time circuits on and fire up the flux capacitor for that one
