Seven confirmed Mike is no longer part of Sunday Night team.They say it was his choice to leave the show.He still has a couple of stories to air which he filmed late last year.Seven has said Mike will now work across other news and public affairs shows,3 months into the year and he hasnt worked on any shows yet.Maybe we might see him filling in reading news again.

Mike now working occasionally for Sydney News,and could be used to present occasional News bulletins down the track according to Seven spokesperson.
