CNC World has just launched in the UK on the Sky Digital satellite platform. Do you have it in Australia? It is an English language news channel, Chinese government controlled but run in partnership with a Chinese news agency. It is a rival to another longstanding Chinese government owned English language broadcaster: CCTV News (formerly CCTV9). We also get this on Sky. Although censored CCTV News is up to date while CNC World's always seems a day behind to me. I would be interested to hear what other think.
