I'm curious to know who the big name actress attached to it is.

Kate Ritchie possibly?

Hey some are naive and innocent. We don't all have filthy minds like you :P

It doesn't take a filthy mind to know the meaning of the word 'raunchy'

Just read Seven's press release (never got around to it) and I must admit they are really making a commitment. Good on them.
Oh, and I am a Nine fan-boy

SUnday night has an interview with jessica marais this week, looks like it is going to focus on her role in Magic City. could 7 pick it up? i dont think it would be tied to any output deal.

Ada Nicodemou from Home and Away will host Please Marry My Boy, which could air from February next year. Here is the first team: http://www.adelaiden...y-1226206422316

The clips shown in the ads are funny. I think the show could be a hit. If it is being advertised on tv and gets articles in the paper I'd say it is headed for a Feb slot.

I haven't seen any. If there's the funny element to it, it should do well. If however it turns out to be a bore, well ofcourse no one is going to watch it.

It's made by Granada so it will probably be a bit like Four Weddings.

The 2012 ident that is airing has a curious selection of shows. I saw castle, Greys, desperate, mother, rafters, winners, better homes, revenge, MKR home&away, sunrise. Didn't see Bones, criminal minds, downtown, bitches, once upon a time, factuals, parenthood,

It's about the actors and personalities so not surprised that factuals don't feature.

but they werent in the end bit either where it was just the titles flying past including shows that they didn't have personalities from. but i wasnt expecting factuals to be in there, i think the noable omissions were bones,CM and downton. if memory serves they do have clips from the DA cast that they could have recycled, which is what they did with eva longoria.

Maybe not first half of the year material? I've noticed Seven don't like to heavily promote middle year or second half of the year programs too early and I think that's smart. You want to create hype leading up to the actual launch and not have it in people's minds at the beginning of the year and still have them waiting for it 6 months later. It also allows the individual shows to be promoted in their own right, why against creates a sense of hype and 'new programming'.

Isn't she holding up one of the hearts though and aren't they all using the "One Place" slogan followed by the name of their show? If so, it can't be a recycled from an old promo.

it was definately recycled. 'oneplace' was the slogan for the 2011 campaign as well.

Beware! Brynne Edelsten's new reality series has been given the green light by Seven, according to The Sun-Herald today. It could well be one of the flops of 2012.

I'm expecting that one to get a 10:30 Thursday night slot.

Reality show? And what will she be doing? Whats the premise?
Seven really attract quality people to their network...Kyle, Brynne and all the other hack presenters that generally grate on me.
