I don't think Jules Lund is right to host. You need to have someone with some sense of seriousness, and a skill atinterviewing. He comes across too 'funny, fun'.

What about Judith Lucy, I think she should host...

Judith Lucy is someone people either love or hate. She polarises the audience to much, would not be a good decision.

What about Julia Morris? She has just been confirmed for Celebrity Apprentice, so could be considered a part of the Nine stable in 2012?

Hmm, I could maybe see that working. I think the host has to be someone that isn't soo high profile at the moment, but has been around for a while.

I agree. Can't stand the woman myself. Never could. Her inclusion in the cast of the Late Show in the early '90s was enough of her to last me a lifetime...

I enjoyed her segments on Rove in its final year, but that's probably about it ;)

Hamish and Andy would be way too expensive to put on Big Brother, the asking price for the current production of "Gap Year" was really astronomical. There's a heap of other people that Nine could buy in who'd be way cheaper and probably more effective (Maybe they could buy Mike Goldman?)

Personally I can't see it working unless they make big changes to the production and execution. I agree with lots of other posters here that the most interesting bits were "Uncut" and the nudie bits were the most interesting but it got killed off by some wowser Liberal Senator who thought that exposed fannies and doodles were corrupting children (even though it was on at 10:30 at night). Honestly, what century are we living in, as if telling children that nudity is horrible isn't MORE damaging than the actual nudity itself... we aren't living in John Calvin's puritanical 1700's anymore! (end of rant)

But seriously, if they bought it back it would need to be with all the nudity and swearing that made the first few seasons so popular... anything less and you'd just have that less than memorable two or three seasons before Ten finally cancelled it (who honestly remembers ANYONE from the last few seasons?).

We need more male nudity, lol...

As someone who has had a nearly-naked BB contestant in my loungeroom (he was wearing only small shorts) I can tell you that it's better on the tv, with make-up and camera angles etc!

If they are looking for a younger host to "reboot" the show and differentiate it from the Gretel era, Nikki Osborne would be perfect!

The host will be Shelley Craft. That's what Nine usually does.

Can't stand that woman either. She really forces out that vulgar ocker & that fake nasally laugh she (constantly) subjects us to is just irritating. She was on QI once & sat quietly through just about the whole programmes, not all of the usual carrying on (& that laugh) she does on our programmes. She knew she was out of her league there.
