Does this mean that Kat is no longer involved with Offspring?

Well she's been doing both Tangle and Offspring for the past few years without any issues, so I'd assume her involvement in this project won't affect her current role.Does this mean that Kat is no longer involved with Offspring?

It's looking unlikely that there will be a fourth season of Tangle so that frees up her time.

I must ask why don't Australian networks produce more "high concept" stuff? Last high concept was Spirited. Why don't we make any sort of supernatural/sci-fi shows or other non-derivative dramas.
This show sounds good. And at least they continuing to commission more shows.

Definitely a big fan of both talents though, they could have solid chemistry.
They do have solid chemistry.
Really looking forward to this.

That's probably right. However, this is being filmed from Aug - Xmas. Offspring is usually filmed from Sept - Feb/March.

I'm sure Ten won't be destroying their most-loved (and currently, only) Aussie drama by including Kat in another project. Considering Offspring only made it to air in the late stages of April, I'm sure a slight delay to filming will be more than acceptable.
Given the way Offspring is rating, there may not be a 4th series.

True ratings for current series not high, but l think Offspring will go into fourth series still.Kat will great on this new show, her performances as Billie in Offspring show the talent she has to do comedy/drama.
Given the way Offspring is rating, there may not be a 4th series.

Considering the ratings they dealt with, with the final season of RUSH, I'm sure Offspring will have at least another year in it.
I'm pretty sure that Offspring will get a 4th season. 600k is a good figure for Ten.
As for Mr & Mrs Murder who knows? Given that it's on Ten it may not rate too well, either.
BTW, couldn't they have come up with a better title>
