Not sure if it has already been mentioned here, Prime's new shopping channel has been named ishop tv and is found on LCN 65.

I'm sure the metro Sevens and non-Prime owned Sevens (WIN SA, SCTV) will pick it up, the metro Sevens and WIN SA have TV4ME (I'm surprised Southern Cross hasn't put it on VAST (is it on SCTV (Seven affiliate) digital stations in Alice Springs, Darwin, Mt Isa, GTS/BKN and Tassie?).

WIN SA don't take 4ME - just Gold.

Not that I'm aware of. I'm surprised they haven't yet though. Give them time.

In 2011 I stayed at a motel in Frances SA, they receive TV from the Western Vic and South East SA markets, and I do remember seeing two TV4MEs, one in SA time and the other in Vic time, so I'm sure WIN SA (Seven is their main channel) carries it, I may be wrong, anyone from the South East or Riverland confirm?

Sorry - TV4ME hasn't ever aired on WIN. Gold is the only shopping channel that WIN broadcasts in SA.

We needed another shopping channel like we needed another hole in our collective heads.  :yuck:

Does anyone know when it is supposed to start? It's still got the static screen saying "coming soon".

It'll be launched in May. No date confirmed, or any further details known, but may well start Wednesday May 1st?

The only shopping channel in Tassie is GOLD. Nothing from TDT or Southern Cross thank goodness. Although, for a little while it was good turning the TV up just loud enough so the wife could hear it in another room and leave it on GOLD and go into my study. She can't stand it!

Has anyone else check out the UK freeview, I have had a look at both there Website and the Wikipedia info. And the amount of channels (some of it is a lot of rubbish) that they get over there. From kids channels right through to Adult channels. Makes you wonder if we are heading right down the same path?

8.5mbps for HD... *tear*
I can recall when 14-15mbps was normal for the HD channels back when they first started airing breakaway programming.
