I've noticed that the WIN HD w/mark is bigger and brighter than the one on SD

Two minutes in a paint program using their own idents gave the following (top), why does theirs (bottom) look so bad in comparison?

Do WIN use a different font to Channel Nine? I thought they would use all the same ones....

They're probably meant to, but WIN haven't got the best reputation as far as production of that sort of thing goes.

Yeah, I have five of them. I didn't expect them to be quality but the cutting on that is inexcusable - there is no way you can be defending them on this.

And having that logo on your screen for hours on end (a movie as such) is going to cause some burn-in issues with a plasma tv (such as me)!!!

after getting WIN Digital via tropo, i am now the proud owner of a win logo burnt into the plasma tv!

You could complain on grounds that it's illegal for them to have there channel out of there market even though it's not there fault it is there fault that you now have plasma burn in

I didn't think it was possible for my CRT to get the Win HD watermark burn but I have. :| crazy.gif scared.gif Lucky I've got a spare CRT.

so you have 5 desks that are set up and designed to run SD and have been modified to broadcast high definition, with no real character generator?

No, I'm not defending them, it is an eyesore.

Maybe it will help for WIN to upgrade the equipment as STW is a major station here in Perth!!!

Anyway find out in a few minutes if we still have the crapmark!
