You should see the presenters for Tasmania then!
Ian Ross - nope
Chris Bath - nope
Sam Armytage - only on Sunrise, we don't get the 4:30 news
Ann Sanders - yep for Morning News
Sara Groen - nope
Matthew White - nope
Ben Damon - nope
But in saying all of that, it is really good that they do actually have a page for Tasmania with the Tasmanian news stories. I wonder if they'd ever be able to reach an agreement with Southern Cross news for some news coverage as SC don't operate any competing websites and they've reached an arrangement with Sunrise.

Just had a look at the new site and it looks great... it needed an upgrade badly. The error has now been fixed up regarding the Brisbane News Team.

Are they all organised together somewhere?
What about on nine.com.au and ten.com.au - I can't find the section on any of these sites.

Yes, but where is the SECTION you go to find on each network's website to see ALL the shows offered online and watch full episodes?

There is no section. You have to go to each shows separate official site.

So how am I meant to know what show's I can watch online without going to 20 to 30 separate sections of the website?

You have no other choice but to do that.
EDIT: Sorry you do, watch the programs on the TV or record them.

You'd be willing to watch 20 to 30 shows online?

I never said I wanted to watch 30 shows online.
I'm asking from a consumer point of view. If I go to Nine, Ten or Seven's websites - and I want to see what shows they offer online - how can I find them, without clicking through each show's individual section of the website.
These websites are so terribly designed - I was wondering if I was missing something - a section where they make it easy to find and watch their shows online.
I guess I wasn't missing anything - the sites are just badly designed.

i guess they don't want to make it too easy to watch their shows online for fear it's going to take eyeballs away from staring at TV screens

I think this is more or less what you're after: http://ten.com.au/video.htm . Not bad in the scheme of things.
Seven and Nine both do it but it's horrifically difficult to use - the video works and all but you need plugins and it's poorly set out. SBS have an OK video section, but I think iView kills the rest for now at least.

Which is how Network Television in the U.S. has lost viewers. They have gone to bittorrent and now only catching up with Hulu and Online Streaming at their sites. Catch up Australia.

That used to be the fear, bt is not so much the case anymore. Otherwise thy would not be making shows avail online at all. Don't forget, shows online generate advertising revenue too - and can help boost audiences on-air.
