I enjoyed the first double episode last night and looking forward to tonight. What did everyone else think of it?

I did and I loved it. It's a very tense show.

The CBS trailer for next weeks episode.

A serial killer who glues his victims eyes open - that's some twisted stuff.

It's not rating. Doing worse than Commander In Chief in the same slot. Ch7 would be wise to move Boston Legal to 930 IMHO

It's doing fine. I bet many people assumed a new episode was going to be on next sunday and not monday. Shows take time to build, Boston Legal is doing its job at 10.30 and seven would be wise to keep it there.

Fun fact: Mandy Patinkin was the voice of Lisa's future fiancee Hugh Parkfield in "The Simpsons"

Its not rating huh? Have a look at the figures for 9.30pm monday:

SVU - 879k
Cold Case - 855k
Criminal Minds- 1.04m

It won its timeslot. Comfortably. And why on earth would seven move boston legal? it reguarly does good numbers in its 10.30 slot but has proven that it doesnt do well in earlier slots. Seven is doing the right think by keeping it there, where it does great numbers for a late slot, and boosting their overall nightly share.

In summary, look at the facts before you exclaim after one episode "Its not rating!!!!"

Read the (non-fiction) book MINDHUNTER by John Douglas - the FBI agent who pioneered Criminal Profiling, it's fascinating stuff and this show takes all it's cues from Douglas' experiences. I'm hooked (as I was with that book)

Like Bones I wouldn't have watched this if Mandy Patinkin wasn't in it.

I'll watch it again but I was sorely disappointed in the answer to the "stutter" question.

It was the only answer you could give without offending viewers who may have a speech impediment I guess!

Hmmm...It is a tough choice, especially when you don't know what to expect from Two Twisted.

Criminal Minds will return to Seven with all new episodes on Monday July 23 at 8.30pm. The first airing will run for 2 hours and will be the season 1 finale combined with the season 2 premiere.

Could it be City Homicide on Mondays at 8.30pm and Criminal Minds at 9.30pm from the following week?

I don't watch the show, but that's a huge blow. From what I've heard it's a great show all round, but he has certainly been a big selling point.
