Former B105 jock killed in crash

56807828.jpegMichael Jordan, former B105 Brisbane announcer and entrepreneur, was tragically killed on Sunday afternoon.

The crash occurred just after midday when Michael's motorcycle collided with a car on Mt Glorious Road, just past the Mt Glorious township at the entrance to Maiala picnic area.

Michael was killed instantly.

The occupants of the car were uninjured.

Officers from the Forensic Crash Unit are investigating.

"Jordo" began his Austereo career in Brisbane at 4MMM as a Black Thunder driver. He also had a stint at FOX FM.

Update 0910: As "Jordo" was a practicing Muslim, he will be buried today as custom. Michael's wife Emily urges his radio mates to be at the Darra Mosque, 219 Douglas Street Oxley, this afternoon at 3.
